Recipe #17 – Gluten Free Christmas Cookies

Each year, I like to make my friends/ family Christmas gifts, and this year, I went for Christmas Cookies. I followed this easy gluten free recipe from Buiscuiteers, but it comes with a word of warning. The recipe makes a stupid amount of cookies, seriously, I made about 50 out of it. Recipe #14 – Sausage, Bean and Bacon Stew

I first tried this recipe a while ago, but I wanted to make it a bit healthier for the winter so I mixed things up and made it my own. The great thing about this dish is that, once again, it’s ridiculously easy to make. You bung all your ingredients into the slow cooker, leave it for a minimum of five hours and it’s done. Recipe #12 – My Favourite Breakfast

This is literally my all-time favourite breakfast/ post-workout meal. It’s so filling but tastes SO good and, if you want, you can add some warmth to the dish by gently re-heating the fruit mixture before serving for five minutes.
