Come find out what I’ve been up to this month… Loving Lots of things this month. The change in the weather and the clocks moving forward has improved my mood considerably, as has the gym. My new plan has definitely helped to reignite my love affair with the gym, and, although I’m only four weeks in, I’m already noticing a difference in my body. It makes me very happy.
