Dealing With Muscle Pain – Deep Heat

Back in January, I thought it would be a really great idea to go for a seven mile run when it was in the minus temperatures. Although I managed to do it, I felt the chill the entire way round and into the following day. Lesson was definitely learned – don’t run in freezing temperatures without the correct kit.
