Recipe #14 – Sausage, Bean and Bacon Stew

I first tried this recipe a while ago, but I wanted to make it a bit healthier for the winter so I mixed things up and made it my own. The great thing about this dish is that, once again, it’s ridiculously easy to make. You bung all your ingredients into the slow cooker, leave it for a minimum of five hours and it’s done.
