My Top 6 Disney & Disney Pixar Films

I am a massive fan of Disney and Disney Pixar. I’ve been to Disneyland Paris seven times, Disneyland in LA and I have an extensive Disney collection at home including DVDs, soft toys, clothing and more. Yup, I’m on of ‘those girls’.

Therefore, I thought I’d share my top 6 Disney films with you all. Picking these were ridiculously difficult, and the DVD case of my favourite is so battered due to the amount of times I’ve watched it it couldn’t be photographed.

Without further delay, here is my top 6 Disney films:

#6 Wall – E

How can a film with such little dialogue provide such a powerful film? I love the characters, the storyline, the whole idea around it and this film never fails to make me smile. Also, the tune is really catchy…

#5 Up

Doug. This film is all about Doug for me, and it’s made me want a golden retriever really badly. I love the story as well as it’s totally different to what Disney normally focusses on.

#4 Frozen

Can’t not include this one. Everytime I watch this now, it transports me back to Disneyland Paris in 2014, when I was watching the Disney Dreams parade and ‘Let It Go’ came on and everyone, and I mean everyone, men, women and children, all sang along. It was such a lovely moment to be part of.

#3 The Good Dinosaur

This is one of the most recent for Disney but I actually really love it. It has a Lion King feel to it, but Spot is just so cute and lovable that it’s pretty much because of him that this film is even in this list.

#2 Alice In Wonderland

The original, definitely not the first live action remake and I’m yet to see the sequel live action, although I can’t imagine it would beat it. This is my favourite book, as well as one of my fave Disney films, and also has my favourite (I could ever say ever) Disney character; The Cheshire Cat.

#1 Sleeping Beauty

This is a very personal one to me, and therefore it has to take top place. I can remember dancing with Grandad to the ‘Once Upon A Dream’ song and I’ve been in love with the film for as long as I can remember.

Other favourites include: Toy Story, The Lion King, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Lilo & Stitch, The Emperor’s New Groove… maybe I should’ve done a bigger list…

Thanks for reading,
