Holiday Wish list
This was originally meant to be a wish list, but since I’ve bought half the stuff on this list it’s turned into a hybrid of what I want for holiday/ what I’ve bought for holiday so far.
It’s now under three months until holiday. The reason I count from here is because it’s when I’m going to be taking gym going/ training seriously so I can look/ feel my best when I’m away.
Anyways, here’s a list of things I want:
I’ve wanted one of these bikinis for so long, but I’m sceptical because they’re expensive and I have no idea what the sizing is like. Normally I google stuff like this and see what sizes other bloggers have picked, but some say it comes up small, some say big and some say true to size, so I’m screwed. I love this design though, I think it’s really girly and will look amazing with a tan.
I actually saw these in Mint in an independent shoe shop near my work and ever since I just can’t stop thinking about them. I think they’re the perfect shoe for throwing on for a walk to the beach/pool/ when out and about. I’ve had so many pairs of Birkenstock in the past so I know how comfortable they are.
Last year in Mexico I lived in my old Topshop ‘Los Angeles’ vest as it’s the comfiest cover up I own. However, wearing a white piece of clothing with yellow-tinted sun cream without washing straight away (don’t judge me, no one unpacks and washes everything as soon as they get in) means it’s been ruined. I think this Burnout Floral Sundress will be perfect for wearing over any bikini, and white always makes my tan look darker!
I never take my expensive jewellery away with me on holiday as I live in constant fear that I’m going to lose it. Therefore, I look for cheap(er) alternatives, and when I saw this Pandora Droplet Ring in the Pandora shop in Cyprus airport I fell in love, and I’ve been lusting after it ever since. IT WILL BE MINE.
And here’s a list of things I’ve bought:
Normally I splash the cash at the airport, but because we’re looking to buy a house next year I’ve had to tighten the purse strings and this means buying my annual pair of Ray Bans is out the window. HOWEVER, when I saw these beauties on Instagram I knew I had to have them. They’re just so pretty and who doesn’t love a bit of rose gold?
I saw this Primark Pom Pom Beach Towel months ago, and thankfully I nabbed it when I had the chance as I can’t see it in my local Primark anymore. It’s spotty, colourful and has pompons, I don’t think anything could scream holiday more.
This is another of those products I’ve wanted for ages, but couldn’t justify £15.99 on a canvas bag when they’re about £2 in Primark. Therefore, when I saw there was a 50% off offer on all canvas bags the other day I snapped one up. I’m so excited to see what the personalisation looks like!
