Two New Gym Accessories I’m Obsessed With

I love pretty much anything new that is related to the gym/ a workout – gym kit, gym accessories, gym equipment – you name it, I love it.

I’ve recently had two new gym accessories bought for me (thank you birthday!) and they’ve become my favourite new additions.

Ban.Do Gym Bag

First up, we have this brilliant gym bag from Ban.Do. It is, by far, my life mantra. I love going to the gym, I love eating well, but I love having a treat every now and again, and pizza is definitely my go-to treat at every opportunity. Therefore, ‘After This We’re Getting Pizza’ is pretty much my only thought whenever I work out (obv I’m joking… or am I?)

It’s a bright pink bag, and stands out nicely when walking along. It comes with two handles, which are big enough to sling over your shoulder or hold in your hands. It’s material on the outside, with a contrast silky material on the inside, and comes with a zip, which I like on my gym bags as it makes them feel more secure.

It’s not the biggest bag in the world, so I tend to use this is I’m going for a no-fuss workout, but if I’m going all out and heading out after then I’ll bring my entire wardrobe/ bathroom shelf in a bigger bag.

You can buy this bag for £35 from Asos. Next up, my eye is on the water bottle.

Rose Gold Beats

Secondly, are these GORGEOUS Rose Gold Beats Solo3 Wireless On-Ear Headphones. A week before my birthday (9th April), my trusty Jabra headphones stopped working and I was absolutely gutted. I moaned to the beard as I had no money to replace them (who has money a week after payday?!) and I knew I’d have to wait to pick up a cheap pair of headphones when I got paid at the end of the month.

You can imagine, then, how unbelievably happy I was to open these bad boys on my birthday. There are so many things I love about these headphones; 1) the colour; who doesn’t love something rose gold (#basicb!tch), 2) the contract of white leather; it looks SO expensive, 3) the wireless Bluetooth connectivity; goodbye annoying lead getting caught and knocked around, 4) charge lasts up to 40 hours; a quick five minute charge provides three hours of playback, 5) they come with their own carry case; love that a bag is provided to keep them looking beaut and 6) you can also take calls on them; they come with a separate connector for ease.

If the above isn’t enough to get you excited, they also sound amazing. I can’t go into the tech side of it (I used to be able to, but not anymore- sad face), but in terms of connecting your phone and pumping out the tunes whilst you workout the sound quality and clarity is amazing. You can control volume through the buttons on the ear pieces, too, so you can turn it up and down easily depending on how hard you want to go (lolz, what a cringey thing to say).

As much as they are expensive, I love these headphones, and I can’t imagine going to the gym without them now. For more information on colours and pricing, head to the Apple website.

What is your favourite gym accessory? Do you listen to music when you work out?
